We recommend booking at least one or two weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons!

We recommend booking your picnic at least one or two weeks in advance, but if you need something sooner, send us a message, we'll do our best to fit you in.
What is your weather policy?
We always keep an eye on the forecast, if bad weather is expected, we will reach out to reschedule, our bubble tent package (at extra cost) is great for unpredictable weather or we can offer indoor options if available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We totally understand that plans can change!
Here's how it works:
• Cancellations made 5+ days before your picnic will receive a full refund or credit toward a future date.
• Cancellations made 2-4 days before can be rescheduled once without a fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as we've already begun preparing your experience.
How will I find my picnic set up?
We will send you a text with a pinned location 20 minutes before your scheduledtime.
Do you provide food and beverages?
We don't prepare the food ourselves, but we partner with a local restaurant we love that offers delicious options— including vegan and gluten-free dishes!
When you book, we'll send you their menu so you can choose exactly what you want.
We'll pick up your order and have it beautifully set up with your picnic-fresh, easy, and ready to enjoy.
Can I bring my own food a beverages?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own snacks or beverages.
Keep in mind that alcoholic beverages are prohibited in public spaces.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We want everyone to feel safe and included.
When you choose a package that includes food, just let us know about any allergies, dietary needs, or preferences during booking. Our partner restaurant offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, and we'll do our best to help you find something delicious that works for you.
Please note: while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, the food is prepared by an outside vendor-so we recommend extra caution with severe allergies.
What happens if I'm running late?
We totally understand that delays can happen—but please try to arrive on time to get the most out of your experience.
Your picnic begins at the scheduled time, and we allow a 20-minute grace period.
After that, we begin packing up the setup to stay on schedule for other clients.
Unfortunately, extra time cannot be added or refunded, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early if you can!
What happens if I want to leave early?
If you need to leave before your scheduled end time, no problem! Just let us know in advance if possible.
However, please note that you are responsible for all picnic items until a team member arrives to pack everything up. To avoid lost or damaged items, we kindly ask that you do not leave the setup unattended.
Your picnic, your pace-just keep us in the loop so we can take care of the rest.
